PURPOSE: A one touch type light emitting diode bulb is provided to achieve improve safety and convenience in handling, while reducing energy consumption and lengthening the useful life of the bulb. CONSTITUTION: A one touch type light emitting diode bulb comprises a housing made of a flame retardant synthetic resin through an injection process. The housing has a cap portion with a screw type insertion groove(2) for mounting members for converting the light emitted from a light source. The cap portion has a bottom for mounting a light emitting diode assembly(5), and the light emitting diode assembly has a bottom for mounting a power supply assembly(8). The power supply assembly has a lower portion where a flange is attached so as to fix the bulb through the use of bolt nut. A control switch(9) is mounted at the outer wall of the housing so as to control on/off operation of electricity.
